Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
  • BAJU RAYA ORDERS - Cut off to receive baju raya with DHL before Raya is Monday 18th noon, thereafter you may drop by our Melinda Looi Showroom (10am-6pm) or DHL will deliver your orders after the Raya holidays. 
  • #UnityMasks are only available online here or for bulk orders please contact info@melindalooi.com 
  • DHL (for Cash On Delivery Orders) is only available in West Malaysia. Once payment is made, we will process your order within 48 hours (working day) and will ship within the next 48 hours (working day) by DHL.
  • Shipments outside of Malaysia will be shipped with POS LAJU or DHL.
  • DUE TO CURRENT MCO, PLEASE ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME. WE WILL DO WHAT WE CAN TO RUSH IT OUT FOR YOU. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
  • 3-5 days within Malaysia and 7-14 days outside of Malaysia. 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
  • Yes.  All shipping charges will be calculated and shown automatically when your check out.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST? 
  • It's FREE for Malaysia, if you spend above RM100. If you spend below RM100 the the shipping fee is RM5,- 
  • Shipping to Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia cost RM50.
  • Shipping to China, Hong Kong, Macao, Philippine, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates cost RM88.
  • Rest of the world cost RM250.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    DHL- Track your shipment using your DHL's tracking number HERE

    POSLAJU TRACKING- Track you shipment using your Poslaju's tracking number on Poslaju's website HERE

     

    HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

    1) Contact Us

    Contact our customer service by emailing personalshopper@melindalooi.com/ Whatsapp 012-9282843 to reserve your exchange piece or let us know your details to refund
    (Full Name, Bank, Account Number, Order Number)

    2) Pack Item
    • All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with tags attached.
    • Fill in Return / Exchange section of tax invoice (which came with your shipment).
    • Pack items and above mentioned tax invoice into a shipping envelope. 
    • Fill up the courier label and paste on top of the parcel.
    3) Post the parcel using any courier service are accepted.

    Drop off the parcel at the nearest courier services hub.

    You will be notified once your parcel have been received and processed through email or Whatsapp.

    REFUND POLICY

    1. Returns for change in size are accepted, changes for style or colour are not accepted.

    2. In the event of return of goods, please contact us at personalshopper@melindalooi.com or 012-9282843 within 3 days of receiving the goods. Our staff will advise you on the next steps to be taken.

    3. Items must be posted to us in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the goods. (pls provide tracking number)

    4. Customers may opt for a refund in the form of store credit, or exchange for another item. In the event that the item is of a higher value, the customer will have to top up the balance.

    5. Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange requests failing to meet our requirements.

    6. Return shipping is borne by the customer. We are not liable for any loss/damages until the parcel is received.

     

     


    Pre-Order

    What is Pre-order?
    • A Pre-order is a purchase for an exclusive item that is not yet in the stock and is especially made for you upon placing your order (made-to-order). This avoids excessive stock keeping and overproduction, and is hence reducing waste.
    How does a Pre-order works?
    • Pre-Order items are clearly marked as 'Pre-Order' on the product page. To secure your item, full payment is due at the checkout. Our personal shopper will keep in touch with you for fabric choices and delivery.
